It’s been one year since I started working out, and now turning 50 years old today, I feel and look like a completely different being! The transformation didn’t become drastic until I changed my diet... again. I was already eating clean foods, but I also ate at any time — sometimes late at night when I was hungry, or just because I was programmed to eat.
After six months of working out, I decided to try intermittent fasting. I had fasted before, but not on a regular basis. I began eating within a ‘6-hour to 1-hour’ window throughout the day — meaning I ate once every 18 to 24 hours.
Surprisingly, my body quickly adjusted to the new routine, and it became easy to eat only once a day, every 18 to 24 hours. I didn’t follow a strict schedule for when I would eat in a 6 to 1 hour window, but on the days I worked out, I’d definitely eat more. Simple logic says that if you drive your car more, you need to refuel. I still drank plenty of water or coconut water. Fasting for 24 hours became normal, and it wasn’t a big deal.
I could literally feel my internal organs ‘cleaning house’. I felt lighter, clearer, and sharper. My workouts improved as well and I was able to increase both my reps and weights.
Initially, when I fasted, I’d eat a lot of food, making sure it would sustain me for at least 18 hours — organic fruits, veggies, carbs, and meat. Then I decided on certain days to eat only raw, living foods, with fewer carbs, cutting out bread, grains, and wheat. This took my activation to new levels.
With this new approach to eating specific foods on specific days, and within a small time frame, I found myself with so much more time in my day. I realized how much time I used to spend eating, driving to get food, and grocery shopping. The process of eating takes up a huge chunk of our lives, but that’s part of the program.
Food is a deep and heavy program. Modern society revolves around food culture — being a foodie, nom nom, dinner dates, dinner parties, business lunch meeting, getting coffee, concession stand foods at the movies, shows or concerts, hot dogs at the ball game, airport food, gas station food, food courts at malls, food trucks, liquor store food, 7-Eleven, vending machine food, snacks, midnight snacks, candy, desserts, donut shops, getting the munchies, eating after the club, all you can eat buffets, marketing campaigns for breakfast, breakfast in bed, bacon, cheese, sushi, pizza, ice cream, sodas, peanut butter and jelly, taco tuesdays, chicken nuggets, cheeseburgers, steak houses, Korean barbeque, Texas barbeque, kabobs, smoothies, fruit bowls, cupcakes, birthday and wedding cakes, banana bread, apple pies, cookies, potato chips, fish & chips, fish fry, french fries, fried chicken, fried rice, fried foods, fast foods, can foods, microwave foods, holiday foods, diet foods, vegetarian foods, vegan foods, organic foods, Whole Foods, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Persian, Carribean food, happy hour menus, open 24 hour restaurants, instagram food pics, food porn, cooking shows, celebrity chefs, room service, take out, Uber Eats and Yelp.
There’s an old saying: "Eat to live, not live to eat."
We must recognize that food, its preparation, and eating are sacred daily routines for nourishment and healing. We are God Light Beings, not sleepwalking zombies eating for pleasure.
We know the food industry has been poisoning its consumers. Just look at the gross, unhealthy food served in hospitals. I won’t dive into all the health issues related to overeating, toxins, and chemicals in our food, or the recent talking points from RFK Jr, but it's all connected to these food programs.
In addition to saving time, I’ve realized I’m also spending much less money on food. I stopped eating out because I didn’t trust the source or quality of the ingredients or the energetic signature of the food preparers. Most places use horrible ingredients like GMO seasonings, MSG, seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, natural flavors, citric acid, and other chemicals. Cutting down on eating out saved a significant amount of money, but eating less overall reduced my food budget even more.
This newfound time allowed me to dive deeper into myself, pushing the limits of my body. My astral realm and dream state became more active, and the synchronicities in my life grew more frequent and impactful. My mind is clearer than ever, and I’ve started to feel like I’m in my 20s again. This rejuvenation has fueled my energy to keep producing and delivering healing medicine while maintaining my projects, homesteads, my Cosmic Light Force channel on Telegram and this blog.
My awakening began around 2012, and since then, I’ve been on a healing journey. This path led me to eat cleaner, reconnect with nature, do yoga, unplug from the corporate matrix, and become more aware of energy, shadow work, and the quantum realm. As my heart and mind found coherence, I restored and upgraded my physical body.
Like any vehicle, the less mileage on your body, the better condition it’s in. Constant eating forces your body to work and digest food nonstop, even when you’re sleeping. Restricting food intake conserves energy and allows your body to rest and recharge. When fully charged, the body can engage the quantum field at its highest potential — manifesting dreams and goals.
Remove poisonous ingredients, processed foods, dead fluoridated tap water or ice, alcohol, street, pharmaceutical or over-the-counter drugs, wifi EMF radiation, and chemical-laden bathroom and hygiene products. Add in intermittent fasting, detoxing, sweating, physical movement, stretching, yoga, blood flow, meditation, breathwork, grounding, spine flexibility, cerebrospinal fluidity, qigong, centering chakras, charging energy meridians, absorbing the aetheric ‘light and water’ codes, DNA and cellular activations, natural immersion, grounding and earthing, expanding the auric field, being in gratitude, blissfulness, activating inner child energy, being in a Love frequency, saying affirmations and prayers. Combine this with celibacy, semen retention, and you’re on the path to becoming superhuman.
This is what the matrix fears most: a sovereign, strong, healthy, and optimal-functioning body, which is key to manifesting, alchemizing, and navigating through quantum spacetime realities — someone who is completely UN-GOVERN-ABLE.
There are countless distractions trying to pull you off your path. Stay focused on yourself. Before this Great Awakening, many of us were trapped in the matrix, sedated like a hamster in a time trap loop, giving our precious energy, power and money to corporate jobs, programs, entertainers, influencers, political leaders, pop culture, ball games, video games, and social media, by the thousands of hours and billions of dollars. Now we know better, that they do not have We The People’s best interest, and have proven to be enemies and even murderous satanic psychopaths.
The inverted matrix has many doing the opposite of what’s best for them. Many times we do things to manifest the very things we do not want. We entrust those that we shouldn’t and do not trust those that are trustworthy. Folks share their intimate lives with social media friends that do not care, or at worst, they low-key wish bad juju on them. Meanwhile there are strangers that are energetically aligned as Soul Family — but those doors are closed.
Who’s looked in the mirror and said “I had it completely wrong?” If so, then what’s next?
Now we can quietly work on Self. Become a better version of you. Improve and enhance. Stay close with God. Do not let others siphon your valuable energy and share with those that values your Soul.
The Universe conspires for you!
Small steps make great progress. Research, investigate, and gather your assets — like writing and producing your own show or movie. As an awakened Soul, you can be the writer, director, and the star of your own movie.
How much research or homework have you done? How prepared are you?
As the Higher Energy rises, the old metrics of ‘time’ is compressing, so time will be flying faster and faster. Those that are not evolving or in resonance with New Earth or the higher timelines — will stay in the lower realms. The bifurcation of timelines are widening and the physical structures created by the old energy are all crashing hard. A year goes by quickly, but a year can change your life drastically — for better or worse, this is your FREE WILL choice.
A year ago, I struggled to do even one pull-up. Today, I can do 5 sets of 10 pull-ups and 5 sets of dips. My body has completely transformed. I went from having a skinny-fat stoner dad bod to being able to hang with serious gym-goers.
Physical movement heals trauma. It also moves energy in the quantum field, manifesting the non-physical into the physical. Whether it’s playing sports, performing arts, or practicing slow movements like qigong, physical activity can bring one into a state of flow — to be in the zone, and it has immense benefits for the body and soul.
For over two decades, I didn’t work out in a gym. In the last decade, I stayed active with hikes, stretching, yoga, meditation, playing with Tesla and Rife machines, soaking in mineral waters, absorbing the ocean, mountain, desert, river, forest, and tree energy. But I didn’t touch weights. I also practiced a mental body-shaping technique, using Spiral Vortex Energy to create the sensation of an intense workout in a certain area of the body to the point where sweat breaks out, which I believe helped keep me in decent shape, without working out.
In 1994, just after turning 20, I was shot in a drive-by in Van Nuys, California. The bullet missed the large femoral artery in my left thigh by a hair. I almost died. The injury led me to stop being active or being athletic and I fell deeper into the matrix trance state of working and hustling, while ignoring my health. At that level consciousness, I thought guns and money was all I needed.
At age 49 in this Earth incarnation, I decided to start working out again, understanding that intentional physical movement can increase Spiral Vortex Energy, which rearranges quantum matter in the physical world.
I began working out two days a week for two hours, combining calisthenics, weight training, cardio, yoga, and primal flow. After the workout, I’d do a dry and steam sauna session, followed by a cold rinse. One year later, my weight dropped from 176 lbs to 159 lbs, my body fat percentage went from 19.2% to 13.8%, and my body fat mass dropped from 34 lbs to 22.6 lbs. Although my skeletal muscle mass shrunk slightly, I’m much stronger and leaner than ever before.
Fueling your body properly is essential. I did have one incident where I worked out hard on the third day of a juice fast. After a hard workout and hitting the sauna, I became lightheaded and passed out on the locker room bench for a minute. That wasn’t smart. My blood pressure was very low and I basically ran out of gas. I learned that on workout days, I need more fuel. I only take creatine as a supplement, and I’ve added pasture-raised, grass-fed rib-eye steaks to my diet. I started eating steaks two years ago with cruciferous greens once a week and it has become a grounding routine for me. I adopted Native American and indigenous culture ways of consuming meat.
As our consciousness shifts, so does our relationship with food. What we eat today may not be what we want tomorrow. It’s important to listen to your body and do what’s necessary to keep it strong and flexible.
Now, I’m at a point where I feel the best I’ve ever felt, and I think I look the best I’ve ever looked. I’m going to continue pushing myself further.
The physical body comes from the Divine Mother — the egg. The brain (Pineal Gland) and spine (Cerebrospinal Fluid) come from the Divine Masculine — the sperm. The word ‘spine’ is also associated with being courageous, standing up and being strong. The spine is the life force of the body, the lightning bolt where Kundalini energy flows. Move the spine, move the breath, and move the energy.
A tree grounded and flexible can bend in the storm and survive. A stiff tree will break. A stiff back or spine will be problems. In this time of great shifts, it’s more important than ever to strengthen every part of your multidimensional self.
The condition of your Spirit, Mind, Body complex is your vehicle to maneuver through timelines, the machine that manifests your experience. For many, the key to manifestation is incomplete. Intention, vision boards, speaking things into existence, and gratitude are all part of it, but they often miss one key ingredient — physical movement.
Add the ‘mental body-shaping technique’ or visualization, just as bodybuilders visualize their muscles growing in the mirror, to see their own muscle growth or fat burning, we can visualize disease cells dying, being charged by neutrinos, neural pathways rewiring, telomeres and DNA activating.
Even in the occult world, they use physical movements in their rituals, as we see in MK-Ultra pop star performances. When we dance, our body’s frequency rises to a higher state. This is true for working out too. Physical movement creates energetic and alchemical shifts, bringing thoughts into the physical realm and creating abundance. True abundance flows like a waterfall. It is continuous movements.
Lately, I’ve been called to spend more time outdoors under the sun, absorbing the aetheric plasmic light codes. I can feel my entire being shifting at many levels. I’m driven like a grease-monkey mechanic obsessed with fine-tuning a classic muscle car.
My own awareness and thoughts of self-transcendence still give chills through my entire body — at times, involuntary cries of joy. For this state of being, I Am forever in the highest state of gratitude and Love as I Am finally flying my biological craft with much more finesse and mastery.
Reaching my 50 year marker, in my current state of consciousness and health, in this greatest paradigm shift, watching the fall of the old system, while watching a New Earth rise, connecting and sharing with existing and new Soul Tribe family members, it is truly the most exciting time to be alive and I Am deeply honored to be sharing this journey with y’all! I Am dearly humbled by such deep realizations. It is a pure LOVE Frequency.
I share my journey and the codes I've cracked, knowing that others will also pursue to charge and upgrade their body, to absorb and harness the higher frequencies of energy, anchoring it, knowing their purpose, fulfilling their mission, aligning with Source, embodying Christ Consciousness, alchemizing and being the maestro in a harmonious symphony of frequencies and vibrations, to manifest their version of New Earth, and to thrive in their personal spacetime realm.
