Everyday I wake up and plan out my day by thought. Thinking is a vital activity and with all our technology you can go through the day without thinking much. I don’t mean over-thinking, mindless random thoughts or even worse stressed thoughts, I’m talking about simple everyday thinking exercises that will sharpen and empower your mind. Exercises like planning an itinerary, handwriting notes, drawing and painting, streamlining workflow, rearranging furniture, game of chess, learning something new—these are all simple things to keep your mind sharp. The brain is still a muscle and the more you use it, the more it grows and the stronger it becomes. In the realm of quantum physics, you need a powerful, clear thinking, conscious mind to create your reality. A thin veil of wishful thinking is not enough to overcome a stagnant mind especially with subconscious layers of doubt, fear, anger and nescience. Don’t just let tv, internet, other media, and consumer products stimulate your mind. Stimulate your own mind and you’ll stimulate other minds as well. This is also an aphrodisiac. There’s even a new term for it now, it’s called sapiosexual. So make the hypothalamus pump some creative juices throughout your noodle bowl and discover something new.
